Lisa Braun has over seven years of experience in facilities management, starting at Berlin Brandenburg Airport while pursuing a Bachelor's in Technical Facilities Management. Over the years, she led various projects in strategic, organizational, and operational areas within the FM industry.

In 2024, she successfully completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate & FM, and in 2023, received an IFMA scholarship, allowing her to attend ifma World Workplace in the U.S. to broaden her global perspective. In addition her team won the WWP Europe Student Challenge in 2024 on AI in Facility Management.

Vitalija Danivska is a workplace expert and Board Member of EuroFM, as well as editor of the book series “Transdisciplinary Workplace Research & Management.” She explores how value in the built environment is created, focusing on user experience and ownership models.

By challenging traditional valuation methods and bridging research and practice, Vitalija develops insights that enhance decision-making and drive user-centered innovation in real estate and workplace management.

Natalie Hofman has been a Board Member for several years and became Chair of EuroFM (European Facility Management Network) in February 2023. Before this position, she was Chair of the Dutch Facility Management Association FMN for 6 years and she is still connected with the association as an active member and heavily involved in the organization of World Workplace Europe. Natalie is a passionate facility management professional for more than 25 years. After finishing her Master's in Facility Management she started to run her own company in change management for FM, Technical Management and Real Estate.

Dr. Riikka Kyrö is an Associate Professor at Lund University's Faculty of Engineering, with nearly 20 years of experience in both academic and industry real estate. Her research centers on circular economy in construction, particularly building sharing and creative reuse. She leads doctoral studies in Real Estate Science, directs the Circular Building Sector initiative, serves as Editor-in-Chief of NJSR, and is part of the EuroFM Board.

Dr. Matt Tucker is a Professor at Liverpool Business School specializing in Workplace and Facilities Management. He leads the Doctor of Business Administration program and works as Direcor of Research with IFMA's Research Advisory Committee to study future FM trends. With over 70 publications and extensive editorial experience, he brings expertise in workplace strategy, productivity, and sustainable FM. His research combines built environment, environmental psychology, and business management approaches. He has held key positions including EuroFM research chair and member of the British Standards Institute FM Technical Committee.
